Grain-Free Matcha Mug Cake

Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.
🍴 RECIPE 🍴
1 tsp of butter, ghee, or coconut oil
1 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
2 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of milk of choice
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 large egg
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup of almond flour
1/8 tsp of baking soda
1/8 tsp of cream of tartar
1 heaping tbsp of chocolate chips (optional)
In a microwavable safe mug, put the butter, ghee, or coconut oil and microwave for 20 seconds.
Stir in the matcha then add in the honey, milk & vanilla.
Beat thoroughly with a fork.
Crack the egg into the mug & beat again.
Beat in the almond flour, baking soda & cream of tartar. If you are using chocolate chips, stir them in.
Microwave for about 2 minutes & let it cool for 5 minutes.
Top it with a fresh strawberry.
