These overnight Matcha Chia Oats are topped with yogurt and blueberries for a delightful breakfast treat!

INGREDIENTS
1/ 3 cup of rolled oats
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
2/ 3 cup of unsweetened oat milk
Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a jar and mix well.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Serve in the morning with your favorite toppings!
