INGREDIENTS
3 tsp Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠
1/2 cup milk⁠
1 cup vanilla ice cream⁠
1/3 cup frozen fruit (optional)⁠
sweetener (optional)⁠
⁠ 

 
Instructions:⁠
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.⁠
2. Adjust sweetness by adding more organic sugar if desired.⁠ (Optional)⁠
3. Pour it into a serving cup.⁠
4. SERVE and ENJOY!⁠
