Matcha Mint Chia Pudding Cups

And because of that, I have been making delicious recipes out of Matcha for a long time now and one recipe I love the most is combining Matcha with some mint chia!
These MATCHA MINT CHIA PUDDING is ONE OF A KIND!

🍴 RECIPE 🍴
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of chia seeds
1 can of full-fat coconut milk
1 Tbsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 Tbsp of maple syrup or agave
1/2 tsp of spirulina
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of peppermint extract
Coconut yogurt for toppings
Fresh berries
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except yogurt & berries in a large bowl and whisk until completely mixed and starting to thicken.
Divide into 3 jars and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Top with yogurt, berries and any other toppings.
