Matcha Peanut Butter Cocoa Cups
This MATCHA PEANUT BUTTER COCOA CUPS are so healthy that is gluten free, dairy free, and vegan. Plus! It has many antioxidants that can keep you healthy!
Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.
🍴 RECIPE 🍴
1/2 cup of coconut oil
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
3 tbsp of pure maple syrup
1/3 cup of peanut butter
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
1 heaping tbsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
Melt the coconut oil.
Whisk in with the cocoa powder & maple syrup until smooth.
Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
Spoon into each liner& refrigerate 10 mins.
In a small bowl, combine the matcha powder, vanilla extract & peanut butter until smooth.
Take the hardened chocolates out of the fridge & spoon on a half tsp of the filling onto each chocolate.
Smooth the peanut butter out to be sure that it is evenly distributed on each chocolate.
Cover each matcha chocolate with two tsp of the melted chocolate until you can no longer see the filling.
Refrigerate for 10 mins.
