Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.

🍴⁠ RECIPE 🍴⁠
INGREDIENTS:⁠
*Oreo Crust⁠
4 tbsp of melted butter⁠
2 1/2 cups of oreo crumbs⁠
⁠
*Matcha Pie Filling⁠
3/4 cup of chopped white chocolate⁠
2 tbsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠
2 1/2 tsp of gelatin powder⁠
1/2 cup of water⁠
8 oz. of cream cheese⁠
1 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk⁠
⁠
To decorate⁠
1 oz of chocolate⁠
⁠
⁠
Instructions:⁠
*Oreo Crust⁠
Pre-heat the oven to 350ºF.⁠
Mix the oreo crumbs & melted butter in a bowl.⁠
Press the mixture on the bottom of a pie pan.⁠
Bake for 10 mins.⁠
Remove & let it cool.⁠
⁠
*Matcha Pie Filling⁠
In a small bowl, melt white chocolate. Set aside.⁠
Whisk in Matcha powder with hot water. Set it aside to cool.⁠
Sprinkle some gelatin powder over cold water. Then let it sit.⁠
Add & mix in hot water until the gelatin has dissolved completely.⁠
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese for 4 minutes.⁠
Add the matchamixture, sweetened condensed milk, the melted white chocolate & the gelatin mixture to the bowl.⁠
Cream everything together for 2 minutes until smooth.⁠
Pour over the crust.⁠
Refrigerate for 6 hours.⁠
Decorate with some Matcha powder & chocolate.⁠
