Refund Policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our Zen Tea Leaf Organic Matcha, we’ll send you a replacement product or provide a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

You will be asked to provide your order number and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product.  You may also be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist Zen Tea Leaf in processing your request.  If your Guarantee request is approved, you will be required to return your product to Zen Tea Leaf.  Costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
