A perfect easy & light end of summer dish, this BERRY AVOCADO SALAD with CREAMY MATCHA DRESSING that is packed with many health benefits and nutrients!

🍴⁠ RECIPE 🍴⁠
INGREDIENTS:⁠
*Berry Avocado Salad⁠
2 packed cups of mixed greens⁠
1/4 cup of blueberries⁠
1/2 cup of blackberries, sliced⁠
1 cup of diced strawberries⁠
1/2 small avocado, diced⁠
1 tbsp of hemp seeds⁠

*Creamy Matcha Dressing⁠
1/2 cup soaked cashews*, rinsed and drained⁠
2 tbsp + 1 tsp lemon juice⁠
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp water⁠
1 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠
1/4 tsp ground ginger⁠
salt, to taste⁠


Instructions:⁠
*Dressing.⁠
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.⁠

*Salad.⁠
In a large bowl, add & mix all the ingredients for the salad.⁠
