Brown Butter White Chocolate Matcha Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp of baking soda
½ tsp of salt
1 tbsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 cup of unsalted butter
½ cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup of white chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Brown your butter until it turns a golden yellow color. Then pour to a bowl & let it cool. As the butter cools, it will get darker in color.
In another bowl, mix in flour, baking soda, salt & matcha powder. Set aside.
Add & mix in the white & brown sugar to the butter until well combined.
Add & whisk in your eggs and vanilla until you get a light & creamy texture.
Slowly add in the dry ingredients from step 3 until a green dough forms.
Add & mix in the white chocolate chips until well-incorporated.
Let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 mins.
Cover baking pan with parchment paper.
Scoop cookie dough with an ice cream scoop & bake for 9-11 minutes.
Let it cool.
