Iced Vanilla Matcha with Red Beans

INGREDIENTS:
*Beans
⅓ cup of dry adzukis beans, soaked overnight
3 cups of water
*Iced Vanilla Matcha
¾ cup of almond milk
3 cups of ice
¾ tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tbsp of maple syrup
Instructions:
*Beans
In a pot, boil some water then add the adzukis beans & let it simmer for 60 mins.
Once cooked, drain, transfer to a small bowl, and let it cool.
*Iced Vanilla Matcha
Blen the almond milk, ice, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth
Divide the red beans between three glasses and pour the iced matcha on top.
