Green Matcha Sangria
This GREEN MATCHA SANGRIA has a perfect blend of an earthy Matcha flavor and of a sweet white wine. Plus! It is healthy and delicious too!
Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.
🍴 RECIPE 🍴
1 cup of water
2 tbsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
2 sliced limes
Juice from 1 lime (so 3 limes total)
1 bunch of green grapes frozen
2 sliced green apples
1 sliced cucumber
1 bunch of mint
1 bottle of white wine
1 liter of sparkling soda
In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
Place the Matcha in a heat safe bowl and slowly pour the water in, one tablespoon at a time, while whisking the Matcha until dissolved.
Transfer Matcha mixture to a large pitcher and add in the lime juice, lime slices, grapes, apple slices, cucumber slices & half the mint.
Pour white wine into the pitcher & transfer to the fridge until ready to serve.
Right before serving, add a handful of ice & the sparkling soda.
Use the remaining mint to garnish glasses.
