This MATCHA PANNA COTTA is a dessert perfect for parties and celebrations! It is smooth & creamy that you'll enjoy! Plus! It is also simple to make.

Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.

 
🍴⁠ RECIPE 🍴⁠
INGREDIENTS:⁠
½ cup of water⁠
2 ¼ tsp of gelatin 1 package⁠
½ cup of sugar⁠
2 tbsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠
½ cup of milk⁠
1 ½ cups of whipping cream⁠
1 cup of buttermilk⁠

Mango Passion Fruit Compote⁠
1 lb of fresh mango⁠
1 ½ of passion fruit pulp about ¼ - ⅓ cup⁠
½ cup of white sugar⁠


Instructions:⁠
*Matcha Panna Cotta⁠
In a bowl, mix in the gelatin & water until the gelatin is completely hydrated. Set it aside.⁠
In a saucepan, whisk in the ½ cup of milk & matcha powder until there are no lumps & you have a thick mixture.⁠
Add the sugar to the saucepan & heat over medium heat stirring frequently until the sugar is completely dissolved. Do not let the milk mixture come to a boil.⁠
Add & stir in the gelatin mixture. Then remove from the heat.⁠
Add & mix in the cream and buttermilk.⁠
Pour the panna cotta into serving dishes.⁠
Cover and refrigerate overnight.⁠

*Passion Fruit Mango compote⁠
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan.⁠
Heat the fruit over medium heat, stirring frequently until the sugar has dissolved.⁠
Bring the fruit mixture to a simmer & stir until softened & you have a thick jam-like consistency.⁠
Spoon the mango & passion fruit compote over the panna cotta.⁠

SERVE and ENJOY!⁠
