This is a drink like no other! MANGO MATCHA has the the perfect summer pairing. This recipe is simple, but makes a drink that will impress. If you haven't tried adding chia seeds to your iced drinks, you're missing out! Chia doesn't just make your drink super fancy, it creates a great texture!

Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.
🍴⁠ RECIPE 🍴⁠
1 ½ tsp of chia seeds⁠
¼ cup of cold water⁠
1 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠+ 3 oz hot water⁠
½ cup of frozen mango⁠
simple syrup⁠

Whisk 1 ½ tsp of chia seeds into ¼ cup of cold water, let sit in fridge and allow to thicken for 30 minutes or overnight.⁠

When you’re ready to make the drink, purée the frozen mango in a food processor or high speed blender. If you're using fresh mango, you can add some ice cubes to the blender or to glass.⁠

Whisk 1 tsp of Classic Matcha with 3-4 oz of hot water. Pour over ice, add the thickened chia seed mixture and stir to combine. Add simple syrup to sweeten if desired. Top with puréed mango.⁠
