Matcha Bliss Balls
Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.

1 cup of almonds
1/2 cup of pitted medjool dates
1 tbsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1/4 cup of dessicated coconut
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
water, as needed
Add the almonds to a blender and mix until it breaks down into a fine flour.
Add the pitted dates, matcha powder, chia seeds, maple syrup and protein powder. Mix and add small amounts of water as you mix until the mixture starts to stick together.
Roll into balls using your hands and coat in the desiccated coconut. Set in the fridge for 2 hours and store in a coconut bowl for a quick & easy healthy snack.
