Matcha Banana Pancakes
Give yourself the best breakfast treat that you can have with this MATCHA BANANA PANCAKES! It is full of antioxidants and delicious too!

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cups of all purpose gluten free flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 tbsp of ground chia seeds
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp of agave syrup
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 banana + extra for serving
Cooking spray
Coconut chips (optional)
Instructions:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients, and mix thoroughly.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and spray cooking spray on the hot pan.
Spoon about 3 tbsp of batter onto pan per pancake and cook. Flip each pancake after bubbles form and turn golden brown on the underside. Then cook the other side until golden brown.
Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Decorate with a sliced banana and coconut chips.
Top it with some maple syrup.
