Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.

🍴⁠ RECIPE 🍴⁠
INGREDIENTS:⁠
Oreo Crust⁠
150 g of crushed oreo cookies⁠
¼ tsp of salt⁠
80 g of melted butter⁠

Matcha Cheesecake⁠
1 ½ tbsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠
150 g of whipping cream⁠
250 g of cream cheese⁠
50 g of greek yogurt⁠
100 g of powdered sugar⁠

Whipped Cream Topping⁠
300 g of whipping cream⁠
3 tbsp of powdered sugar⁠
1 tsp of vanilla extract⁠


Instructions:⁠
Oreo Crust⁠
Line a muffin pan with parchment cupcake liners.⁠
In a bowl, stir in oreo cookies, salt & butter.⁠
Spoon into each cupcake liner & refrigerate.⁠

Matcha Cheesecake⁠
In a bowl, stir in the matcha powder & whipping cream until smooth. Then whip it until stiff peaks.⁠
In another bowl, mix in cream cheese, greek yogurt & powdered sugar until smooth & creamy.⁠
Gently fold matcha & cream cheese mixture until airy & smooth.⁠
Then spoon on top of the oreo crust.⁠

*Toppings⁠
In a bowl, whip whipping cream, powdered sugar & vanilla extract until stiff peaks.⁠
Transfer to a piping bag & pipe on top of the cheesecake mixture.⁠
Sprinkle with crushed oreos & refrigerate for 4 hours.⁠
SERVE and ENJOY!⁠
