Matcha Cheesecakes with Oreo Crust
These MATCHA CHEESECAKES with OREO CRUST will satisfy your cravings!
Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.

150 g of crushed oreo cookies
¼ tsp of salt
80 g of melted butter
1 ½ tbsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
150 g of whipping cream
250 g of cream cheese
50 g of greek yogurt
100 g of powdered sugar
Whipped Cream Topping
300 g of whipping cream
3 tbsp of powdered sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Line a muffin pan with parchment cupcake liners.
In a bowl, stir in oreo cookies, salt & butter.
Spoon into each cupcake liner & refrigerate.
In a bowl, stir in the matcha powder & whipping cream until smooth. Then whip it until stiff peaks.
In another bowl, mix in cream cheese, greek yogurt & powdered sugar until smooth & creamy.
Gently fold matcha & cream cheese mixture until airy & smooth.
Then spoon on top of the oreo crust.
In a bowl, whip whipping cream, powdered sugar & vanilla extract until stiff peaks.
Transfer to a piping bag & pipe on top of the cheesecake mixture.
Sprinkle with crushed oreos & refrigerate for 4 hours.
