Matcha Ginger Pop Tarts


Take a bite of this MATCHA GINGER POP TARTS that you'll love to make at home!

Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.

🍴⁠ RECIPE 🍴⁠
48 oz of fresh raspberries⁠
½ cup of honey⁠
2 tbsp of cornstarch⁠
1 tsp of fresh grated ginger⁠
1 lemon juice⁠
2 rounds pie crust⁠
1 egg⁠
2 cups of powdered sugar⁠
2 tbsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠
1 tbsp of melted butter⁠
2 tbsp of milk⁠
White or light green sprinkles (if desired)⁠

Preheat oven to 400°F.⁠
Line a baking pan with parchment.⁠
Mix raspberries, honey, cornstarch, ginger & ½ of lemon juice.⁠
Cut pie crust into rectangles.⁠
Spoon raspberry mixture into the center of each rectangle, leaving ¼” uncovered around the edges.⁠
Cut pie crust into larger rectangles & gently drape these over the raspberry filling then press firmly around the edges to seal.⁠
Brush with egg.⁠
Place on prepared baking pan & bake for 20 minutes.⁠
Mix together powdered sugar, latte mix, butter, milk and remaining lemon juice.⁠
Drizzle over warm poptarts.⁠
