Matcha Ginger Pop Tarts
Take a bite of this MATCHA GINGER POP TARTS that you'll love to make at home!
Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.

48 oz of fresh raspberries
½ cup of honey
2 tbsp of cornstarch
1 tsp of fresh grated ginger
1 lemon juice
2 rounds pie crust
2 cups of powdered sugar
2 tbsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 tbsp of melted butter
2 tbsp of milk
White or light green sprinkles (if desired)
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a baking pan with parchment.
Mix raspberries, honey, cornstarch, ginger & ½ of lemon juice.
Cut pie crust into rectangles.
Spoon raspberry mixture into the center of each rectangle, leaving ¼” uncovered around the edges.
Cut pie crust into larger rectangles & gently drape these over the raspberry filling then press firmly around the edges to seal.
Brush with egg.
Place on prepared baking pan & bake for 20 minutes.
Mix together powdered sugar, latte mix, butter, milk and remaining lemon juice.
Drizzle over warm poptarts.
