Matcha Chocolate Fudge Cups

*Coconut Matcha Chantilly Cream
150g of coconut milk
100g of dairy free white chocolate
220g of coconut whipping cream, chilled
2 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
1/4 cup of coconut matcha fudge sauce
120g of dairy free white chocolate, melted
1-2 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
Bring coconut milk to a boil, pour hot milk over the chocolate, add matcha powder and whisk until smooth. Add the cold coconut whipping cream and whisk for 2 minutes. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Combine chocolate cups ingredients. Spoon about 1/2 tbsp of the chocolate into a small cupcake liner and swirl it around so that the whole case is coated. Swirl the mixture around several times, especially along the cupcake walls. Refrigerate until set.
Fill the chocolate with cream, place in the freezer for 15 mins to set. Then fill the coconut fudge sauce, return to the freezer for 15 mins. Top melted chocolate over the fudge sauce, tap on the countertop to flatten out the top. Transfer to the refrigerator for at least 30 mins to set.
