Matcha Energy Balls
A delicious blend of organic matcha, coconut, and sweet maple syrup. These MATCHA ENERGY BALLS are a perfect way to perk you up any time of the day! Plus, this recipe is quick and easy! It’s also refined sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and Paleo friendly.

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup of almond flour
3 tbsp of maple syrup
1/2-1 tbsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
2 scoops of collagen powder
1 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tsp of vanilla
2 tbsp of coconut oil melted
a pinch sea salt
coconut flakes for dusting
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
2. Turn the machine on high until the contents are well combined.
3. Using your hands, roll into balls.
4. Dip them into coconut flakes.
5. SERVE & ENJOY!
Notes:
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
