Matcha Energy Bites
🍴 RECIPE 🍴
1 cup of almonds
½ cup of pitted chopped dates
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
In a food processor, add & blend in all ingredients and pulse 6-8 times until mixture begins to stick together when pressed.
Scoop and roll it into a ball. Set aside. Repeat until dough is completely used.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
