🍴⁠ RECIPE 🍴⁠
INGREDIENTS:⁠
1 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠
2 cups of all-purpose flour⁠
1 tsp of baking powder⁠
¼ cup of granulated sugar⁠
1 ½ cups of whole milk⁠
1 tsp of vanilla extract⁠
3 eggs⁠
1 cup of vegetable oil⁠
½ of diced mango⁠
¼ cup of yogurt⁠
shredded coconut⁠


Instructions:⁠
In a bowl, whisk in all of the ingredients together. (except for the topping ingredients – mango, yoghurt and coconut).⁠
Slightly grease & heat your waffle maker.⁠
Pour enough batter at a time in the waffle maker, close the lid & let it cook until desired darkness, but keep an eye on them as they can burn quickly.⁠
Then remove the waffle & place on the plate.⁠
Top with yogurt, diced mango & shredded coconut.⁠
SERVE and ENJOY!⁠
