Here it is! Our Matcha Key Lime Tart! So creamy that you can enjoy the perfect blend of Matcha and lime!

Ingredients .⁣⁠
(20 cm removable tart tin) 🍰For the vegan crust; ⁣⁠
⭐︎ 1/4 cup oats⁣⁠
⭐︎ 1/4 cup shredded 🥥 ⁣⁠
⭐︎ 2 Tbs melted coconut oil ( room temperature)⁣⁠
⭐︎ 30 g raw nuts of choice ( Walnuts or Macadamia are my favorites )⁣⁠
⭐︎ 1/4 cup of pitted dates ( about 5 small dates- 80 g )⁣⁠
⭐︎ 1 tsp vanilla extract ⁣⁠
⭐︎ pinch of salt .⁣⁠

Filling
⭐︎ 200 ml of coconut cream ⁣⁠
⭐︎ 1/3 tsp of agar agar powder or corn starch⁣⁠
⭐︎ 150 g of vegan white chocolate
⭐︎ 1/2 tsp of 🍵 Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠⁣⁠
⭐︎ lime zest of one lime ⁣⁠
⭐︎ squeeze of 1 lime .⁣ ⁣⁠

 
Instructions;⁣:
💚 place the crust ingredients in a food processor or blender , blend /process until combined and dough forms . Place in the tart tin pressing the dough bottom and the edges . Keep in the fridge while you prepare the filing.

 
For the filling first put the coconut cream with the agar agar powder and cook over gentle heat till it starts boiling . Stir all the time so it doesn’t burn or stick to the bottom .when it starts to boil lower the heat and let it thicken for another 1-2 minutes . Turn off and add immediately the white chioccolate,lime squeeze , the matcha powder ( cause you don’t want to cook your superfoods ?) ,and the lime zest.

 
Let it cool about 5 minutes ( you’ll see that it becomes thicker too ) and then pour it over the crust . Keep it in the fridge and let it cool till firm . I know it’s hard to wait , but it worth waiting . 1 hour at least would be perfect 👌🏻 I love decorating it with fresh lime slices and lime zest !⁣⁠
