🍴⁠ RECIPE 🍴⁠
Ingredients:⁠
-2 cups of oat milk⁠
-2 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠
-50g of vegan white chocolate⁠
-1 tsp of maple syrup⁠
⁠ 
Vegan whip:⁠
-Liquid from 1 can of chickpeas⁠
-1/4 tsp of cream of tartar⁠
-1 tbsp of icing sugar⁠
⁠ 
 
Instructions:
1. Drain chickpeas saving the aquafaba (liquid from the chickpeas). In a medium sized bowl, whip the aquafaba with an electric hand whisk.⁠
2. Whisk until the liquid turns a pale colour or turns white.⁠
3. Add in the cream of tartar and icing sugar. Then continue to whip for another 4 minutes.⁠
4. During whipping it should raise, become white in colour, and be very light and fluffy. Once complete leave to the side.⁠
5. To make the matcha latte, get a medium-sized pot, heat the oat milk.⁠
6. Add in the matcha powder and stir into the milk.⁠
7. Cut up the white chocolate and maple syrup and stir into the pot with the oat milk.⁠
8. Once fully melted pour into cups and add the vegan whip on top.⁠
9. SERVE & ENJOY!
