Vanilla Matcha Chia Pudding

It is so satisfying to try this healthy vegan and energizing snack that's made with chia seeds, Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder and milk. It is very easy to make which is so fulfilling!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of chia seeds
1 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
2 Tbsp of monkfruit (or preferred sweetener)
1 cup of almond milk unsweetened vanilla
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix first three dry ingredients.
Add almond milk and whisk until well combined.
Cover and leave in fridge overnight or for a few hours.
In the morning, give it a good stir, add your favorite toppings.
