Matcha “Nice” Cream

Ingredients⁠
3 bananas, frozen⁠
1 tablespoon of coconut milk⁠
2 teaspoons of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠
⁠ 
Instructions:
Using a food processor, blend the bananas until it looks like soft-serve ice cream. Add the coconut milk and matcha powder and blend until thoroughly mixed.⁠
⁠ 
If your preference is a soft-serve consistency, dish out directly from the food processor. If you prefer a firmer consistency, freeze for a few hours. Before serving, let the frozen “nice” cream thaw at room temperature for 10 minutes.⁠
