1 mango, peeled and diced
1 banana, frozen
1 tsp of fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp of fresh turmeric, grated
1 cup of fresh spinach
1/3 cup of almond yogurt
1 cup of almond milk
2 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
3 tbsp of organic sugar (optional)
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
2. Adjust sweetness by adding more organic sugar if desired. (Optional)
3. Pour it into a serving cup.
