Matcha Smoothie Bowls
The sun is out so we whipped up our favourite MATCHA SMOOTHIE BOWLS recipe and topped it with a selection of fruits, seeds, and nuts.

🍴 RECIPE 🍴
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen sliced bananas
- 1/4 cup of frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup of vegan vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup of dairy-free milk
- 2 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 2 tsp of agave syrup
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder with 10ml of boiled water. Whisk to combine and add the agave syrup to create a thick matcha syrup.
2. Add fruit, ice cream, and milk to a high-speed blender. Blend for a 2 minutes to ensure the texture is thick and creamy, then add the matcha syrup and blend for another 30 seconds.
3. Add some topping with fruits, seeds, and nuts.
