Matcha & Strawberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients
¼ cup of chia seeds
½ cup of almond milk
½ cup of coconut milk
1tsp of vanilla extract
1tbsp of maple syrup
1tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 cup of fresh strawberries
Coconut yogurt
Granola
Strawberries for serving
Instructions:
Whisk the chia seeds, the coconut milk, almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup and matcha powder together until well combined.
Puree the strawberries.
Add strawberries to container and top with the chia pudding.
Leave in the fridge to set for 2 hours or overnight.
Just before serving top with coconut yogurt, fresh strawberries and some granola.
