Mint Matcha Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
1-2 teaspoons of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
2-3 pitted dates
1 handful of Spinach
1/2 of an Avocado
6 Mint leaves
Ice
Instructions:
In a blender, put in ice, almond milk, Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder, pitted dates, spinach, avocado & mint leaves.
Close blender lid securely, then turn on blender. Use blender tamper tool to get the perfect texture. Blend until creamy and smooth
Taste and add more mint for minty flavor, Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder for a rich tea flavor, or a bit more date for more sweetness.
Blend again to combine.
Transfer to a glass.
Garnish with more fresh mint
