Vegan Matcha Pancakes
Try this fluffy delicious VEGAN MATCHA PANCAKES, especially when they are easy to make with simple and only a few ingredients.
Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.
🍴 RECIPE 🍴
1 cup of all-purpose flour*
2 tbsp of agave syrup
1 tbsp of baking powder
1-2 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1 cup of non-dairy milk
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp of vanilla paste
vegan butter for pan
50g of dark chocolate
Melt chopped dark chocolate over hot water.
Combine all dry ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
Add vanilla, milk on top, do not stir.
Then add apple cider vinegar on top of the milk and let it rest for about 5 until milk curdle and you can see little bubbles.
Once curdled, stir all the ingredients with a whisk.
Preheat a non-stick pan on the stove, add butter.
Once butter is melted, pour dough carefully onto the hot surface.
Cook until the edges are dry. Flip and cook until each side is browned.
Place the pancakes on a plate.
Top with chocolate sauce and fresh berries.
