INGREDIENTS
1 ripe banana (frozen if possible)
3/4 cup of non-dairy milk
1 tsp. of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
2 tsp. of pure maple syrup
2-3 ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
