No-Bake Matcha Oatmeal Bars
You've gotta try this NO-BAKE MATCHA OATMEAL BARS! The layer of goodness can be measured in every bite!
Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.
🍴 RECIPE 🍴
INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
1 cup of quick oats
1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
8 medjool dates
2 tbsp of almond butter
2 tbsp of almond milk
Filing:
1 cup of raw cashews
1 cup of coconut cream
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1 tbsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Soak raw cashews in a bowl with cold water overnight or for 4 hours.
Soak dates for 10 minutes in warm water. Set aside.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a food processor, combine all crust ingredients until sticky.
Press crust mixture firmly into the pan & refrigerate.
Combine & mix all the filling ingredients in a high power blender until smooth.
Remove crust from the freezer.
Spread the filling mixture into the pan and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Warm up the bars for a minute & cut into pieces.
