No-Bake Matcha Oatmeal Bars

 

You've gotta try this NO-BAKE MATCHA OATMEAL BARS! The layer of goodness can be measured in every bite!

 

 

Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.

🍴⁠ RECIPE 🍴⁠
INGREDIENTS:⁠
Crust:⁠
1 cup of quick oats⁠
1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes⁠
8 medjool dates⁠
2 tbsp of almond butter⁠
2 tbsp of almond milk⁠

Filing:⁠
1 cup of raw cashews⁠
1 cup of coconut cream⁠
1/4 cup of maple syrup⁠
1 tbsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠
1 tsp of vanilla extract⁠

Instructions:⁠
Soak raw cashews in a bowl with cold water overnight or for 4 hours.⁠
Soak dates for 10 minutes in warm water. Set aside.⁠
Line a baking pan with parchment paper.⁠
In a food processor, combine all crust ingredients until sticky.⁠
Press crust mixture firmly into the pan & refrigerate.⁠
Combine & mix all the filling ingredients in a high power blender until smooth.⁠
Remove crust from the freezer.⁠
Spread the filling mixture into the pan and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.⁠
Warm up the bars for a minute & cut into pieces.⁠
