MATCHA BAKED DONUTS with matcha glaze is incredibly easy to make. It is so full of flavor and it's perfect for a snack!

 

 
Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.

INGREDIENTS
For the donuts:⁠
1 1/4 cups of all purpose flour⁠
1/2 cup of sugar⁠
1/2 tsp of baking soda⁠
1/2 tsp of salt⁠
1/2 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠
2/3 cup of melted coconut oil⁠
1/2 cup of lukewarm milk⁠
1 large egg⁠
1/2 tsp of white vinegar⁠
1 tsp of vanilla extract⁠
⁠ 
For the glaze:⁠
1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar⁠
1/2 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠
2-3 tbsp of hot water⁠
⁠

Instructions:⁠
For the donuts:⁠
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.⁠
2. Spray a donut pan with cooking spray. Set a side.⁠
3. In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠.⁠
4. In a separate bowl combine coconut oil, milk, egg, vinegar and vanilla.⁠
5. Mix wet and dry ingredients until combined.⁠
6. Transfer batter to a piping bag and squeeze into donut pan.⁠
7. Fill each slot 3/4 full.⁠
8. Bake donuts for 10-12 minutes.⁠
9. Cool donuts completely after baking.⁠

For the glaze:⁠
10. Mix powdered sugar, water and Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠ together.⁠
11. Dip donuts into glaze.⁠
12. Then line on a cooling rack.⁠
