Matcha-Mango Coconut Popsicles

This creamy, cooling and naturally sweetened MATCHA-MANGO COCONUT POPSICLES are fun to make and share with your loveones!

Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.
⁠ 

🍴⁠ RECIPE 🍴⁠
INGREDIENTS:⁠
1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut⁠
1 cup of nut milk⁠
1 cup of full fat coconut milk⁠
2 cups of mangos, peeled and diced⁠
4 tbsp of honey⁠
3/4 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠


Instructions:⁠
Toast shredded coconut in a dry skillet, on medium low heat for 4 mins. Set aside.⁠
Add & blend in the 1/2 cup of nut milk, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, mangos & 2 tbsp of honey until smooth and creamy.⁠
Divide this mixture evenly between the popsicle molds over 1/2 way & refrigerate for 15 mins. ⁠
Rinse out the blender pitcher.⁠
Add & blend in the remaining nut and coconut milk, 2 Tbs of honey & Matcha until smooth and creamy.⁠
Pour & Fill popsicle molds over top of mango mixture into popsicles molds.⁠
Add the popsicle sticks & sprinkle base of popsicle with toasted coconut (optional).⁠
Refrigerate overnight. ⁠
