Matcha-Mango Coconut Popsicles
Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.
1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut
1 cup of nut milk
1 cup of full fat coconut milk
2 cups of mangos, peeled and diced
4 tbsp of honey
3/4 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
Toast shredded coconut in a dry skillet, on medium low heat for 4 mins. Set aside.
Add & blend in the 1/2 cup of nut milk, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, mangos & 2 tbsp of honey until smooth and creamy.
Divide this mixture evenly between the popsicle molds over 1/2 way & refrigerate for 15 mins.
Rinse out the blender pitcher.
Add & blend in the remaining nut and coconut milk, 2 Tbs of honey & Matcha until smooth and creamy.
Pour & Fill popsicle molds over top of mango mixture into popsicles molds.
Add the popsicle sticks & sprinkle base of popsicle with toasted coconut (optional).
