Matcha Pistachio Butter Cookies
This MATCHA PISTACHIO BUTTER COOKIES are the perfect treat for your loveones!

🍴 RECIPE 🍴
INGREDIENTS:
220g of oat flour – ground into a fine flour in the food processor.
70g of icing sugar
1/4 tsp of salt
200g of dairy-free butter
1 tsp of vanilla
2 tbsp of dairy-free milk
100g of dairy-free white chocolate
1 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder
Chopped pistachios
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180 °C.
In a bowl, sift in the flour, sugar & salt.
Add & mix in the butter until creamy, then add in the vanilla & milk.
Transfer into a piping bag with a large star nozzle.
Form the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake for 15 minutes & let it cool.
Mix in the melted white chocolate & matcha powder.
Dip each cookie half way.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper & sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top.
Refrigerate for an hour.
