This MATCHA PISTACHIO BUTTER COOKIES are the perfect treat for your loveones!

 

Follow this recipe to make a delicious one.
⁠ 
🍴⁠ RECIPE 🍴⁠
INGREDIENTS:⁠
220g of oat flour – ground into a fine flour in the food processor.⁠
70g of icing sugar⁠
1/4 tsp of salt⁠
200g of dairy-free butter⁠
1 tsp of vanilla⁠
2 tbsp of dairy-free milk⁠
100g of dairy-free white chocolate⁠
1 tsp of Zen Tea Leaf® Matcha Green Tea Powder⁠
Chopped pistachios⁠


Instructions:⁠
Preheat oven to 180 °C.⁠
In a bowl, sift in the flour, sugar & salt.⁠
Add & mix in the butter until creamy, then add in the vanilla & milk.⁠
Transfer into a piping bag with a large star nozzle.⁠
Form the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.⁠
Bake for 15 minutes & let it cool.⁠
Mix in the melted white chocolate & matcha powder.⁠
Dip each cookie half way.⁠
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper & sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top.⁠
Refrigerate for an hour.⁠
